Shipping:
- We ship Monday through Friday from Salt Lake City, Utah. We do our very best to ship within 2 business days of your order.
- Orders placed online are immediately sent to the queue for shipping. We may not be able to change or cancel an order once submitted.
- We ship complete case packs only.
- Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground. If you prefer an alternative shipping method, you must specify at time of order.
- Bambu does not offer drop-shipping services. If your order is to be shipped to an address other than the address we have on file for your business, this may result in a delay for verification.
- If the shipping address you provide requires a change by FedEx or UPS (or other carrier) for incorrect information, there will be a $18.00 charge PER CARTON.
- We cannot accept responsibility for carrier shipping delays that are beyond our control.
- Please note that USPS Priority Mail transit times shown at checkout are an estimate only and do not include processing time. USPS Priority Mail is NOT guaranteed to deliver in the time frame shown. If you are ordering for an event that is time sensitive, please call us at 855-630-3149 to discuss your options.
Wholesale Minimum Order:
- Our wholesale minimum order amount is $200.00 for opening orders and $150.00 for re-orders.
Returns:
- Returns must be arranged and approved. Please email customercare@bambuhome.com to arrange.
- Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- If you receive any damaged product, please photograph the damage and contact Customer Care for instructions and to arrange credit. Do not dispose of unless instructed.
